Mariner – Captains & Mates Operate tugs and landing crafts with barges in both deep and shallow waters. Support vessel operations with a strong focus on safety, maintenance, and environmental compliance. Requirements: – 200+ ton license with towing endorsement – Experience in the Bering Sea or Yukon/Kuskokwim region preferred – Computer literacy a plus Mariner – Engineers & Deckhands Support vessel operations by working lines, assisting the captain and mates, handling loading/unloading, cooking, cleaning, and maintaining marine equipment. Requirements: – Licensed mariner – Bering Sea/YK experience preferred – Must be flexible, reliable, and safety-minded Forklift / Equipment Operator Operate forklifts and assist with loading and unloading freight for barge and landing craft operations. Includes port and village work, often on short notice. Requirements: – Forklift certification preferred – Physically able to lift 50 lbs – Available for overtime during peak season Operations Specialist (Admin & Field) Coordinate freight tracking, logistics, scheduling, and compliance. Work both in-office and on-site to support the full scope of operations. Requirements: – Minimum 2-year degree (Bachelor's preferred) – Computer literate; Access database experience a plus – Able to lift 50 lbs and travel on short notice – Background in construction, logistics, or project management preferred Mechanical Technician Perform maintenance and repairs on forklifts, tugs, landing crafts, and other equipment. Requirements: – Vocational training preferred – Marine mechanical experience a plus – Self-starter, problem solver, proactive mindset Receiving Attendant Handle incoming freight, operate small forklifts, manage gatehouse duties, and input data into internal systems. Requirements: – Attention to detail and computer proficiency – Access database familiarity a plus – Marine freight experience preferred – Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (not required) Logistics Coordinator Work directly with management to manage freight documentation, barge schedules, tariffs, insurance, and logistics reporting. This is a permanent position with full benefits. Requirements: – Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field – 2+ years in freight or transportation experience preferred – Strong communication skills and Access database experience Heavy Machinery Diesel Mechanic Repair and maintain forklifts, off-road machinery, and hydraulic systems. Travel to Western Alaska may be required. Requirements: – Diesel and hydraulic systems experience – Strong work ethic and flexibility CDL Driver (Seattle or Alaska) Drive trucks in support of barge freight, yard operations, and equipment movement. This position requires travel, independence, and the ability to work in fast-paced environments. Requirements: – Valid Class A CDL and driver’s license – TWIC card (or eligibility) – 3–5 years trucking experience preferred – Must be 25+ with clean driving record – Physically capable and drug-screen compliant – Must be able to travel and truck in Alaska
